Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a return.

Return Timeframe

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@nexamena.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@nexamena.com.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@nexamena.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and the return process must be followed.
